Through our booking portal, powered by Nexudus, which will become available closer to our opening date in January 2027. Pick a desk or room, choose your time, and pay online. You can check availability without creating an account; you’ll only need one when you book. Prices shown include GST.

Up to two months ahead, or right up to the last minute, even once the hour has started. Bookings run in one-hour slots on the hour (2–3pm, 3–4pm and so on). If you arrive at 2:15, you can book the 2–3pm slot and get access straight away. You’ll pay for the full hour.

Yes, if the space is free after you. Extend through the app and you’ll be charged for the extra time. Bookings run in one-hour slots on the hour (2–3pm, 3–4pm and so on). If someone’s booked straight after you, the app will let you know.

We've partnered with Salto KS for key-less entry. When you make your booking, you'll be able to use the Salto KS app to open the door. We will add more information including a full guide to the app closer to our opening date in January 2027.  

For bookings in one of the three meeting rooms, you can bring guests - just check the room you're booking is big enough for everyone. Meeting room 1 seats up to 4, meeting room 2 up to 6, and meeting room 3 up to 8 people. 

Hot desk bookings are per person; if you're bringing other people please either book a meeting room, or book enough hot desks for all of you. 

Fast wifi, whiteboards, power points and a kitchenette are available for everyone in the space. 

Meeting room 1 and 2 have screen sharing capabilities, and meeting room 3 has a full AV suite. 

The Swan can cater meetings on request; we will provide more information closer to our launch date in January 2027. 

Yes. Workspace25 is on the ground floor of 25 Bath Street, with step-free access and an accessible bathroom.

There’s no on-site parking.

Workspace25 is unstaffed, so there is no reception. Your booking confirmation includes contact details for who to reach out if there are any issues. 

What’s your cancellation policy?

It depends on how far away your booking is:

More than 24 hours away: cancel and get credit, or move your booking to another time. If you cancel within 24 hours of making the booking, you’ll get a full refund instead - provided your booking is still more than 24 hours away at the time of cancellation. 

Less than 24 hours away: no refunds or credit. 

At the moment we don’t do traditional memberships; you pay for what you use. Regulars can buy a concession card (buy 10 hours, get the 11th free) or credit packs. If you’ll be in often, email us at team@workspace25.co.nz and we’ll work out something that suits.

Yes, for workshops, off-sites and small events of up to around 30 people. You can email us at team@workspace25.co.nz to discuss.
